The Bank's slogan of 'For Personalized Service' and 'All in a Family' denotes the Bank's devotion to providing personalized services to its clients and promoting a harmonious relationship among its staff members.ResponsibilitiesSupport regular / ad-hoc business analysis and marketing campaigns of the bankAssist to conduct productivity, branch scorecard and branch portfolio analysis to facilitate sales planning and branch optimizationAssist the development of customer/ product level strategy by providing data/ analysis driven insight.Work closely with cross-functional units (e.g. product teams, frontline units) to understand their analytic needs and develop right solution for them, work closely with IT to identify and execute data analytics requirementStreamline and automate internal processes to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analyticsFollow up with Sales Management team as well as Branch on their sales performance and improve sales efficiency and uplift productivityUndertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned, participate in system enhancement UAT and assigned projectsRequirementsDegree holder or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or Information Technology related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industryProficient in big data / machine learning / predictive modelling using SQL, SAS, Python or other analytical tools for model developmentGood interpersonal skills with strong business sense so as to communicate analytical subjects effectively with various business units including non-technical counterpartsStrong analytical, project management and problem solving skillsMature, proactive and able to work independentlyExperienced in CRM system is a plusGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including PutonghuaMore experienced candidate would be considered for higher positionWe offer competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s background.
