為向客戶提供更優質服務，我們誠邀高質素的人才加入我們的團隊，與我們一起共同發展。Job Description工作範圍· Handle customer enquiry and promote company product and service· 處理客戶電話查詢, 及介紹公司產品服務· Handle and support administrative work including data entry, filing, etc.· 處理及支援一般文書工作包括資料輸入、存檔等· Handle ad hoc assignments as required· 處理部門主管委派的工作Requirements入職要求· Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred· 客戶服務工作的相關經驗為佳· Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English· 良好中文(廣東話及普通話)及英文· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able towork independently· 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧，積極主動，能獨立工作· Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)· 必須熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)· Immediate availability is preferred· 能即時上班者優先考慮· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer· 經驗不拘，較少者則會考慮為客戶服務助理· On the job training is provided· 提供在職培訓Working hours工作時間:· 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, 5-day-work week· 09:00-18:00 星期一至五，5天工作· 8 hours per day· 每天工作8小時Work Location: Kwun Tong工作地點：觀塘Benefit: Bank Holidays, Annual Leave, Year-end Bonus,福利：銀行假期，有薪年假，年終奬金Comprehensive on job training完善的在職培訓Location: Kwun Tong
