Our vision is to provide the mid-market with an outstanding customer experience through innovation and great people.Tasks & responsibilitiesProvide prompt L1 support for various applications, platforms, and customers, following established procedures to deliver exceptional service, and onsite to client once necessary immediately.Ensure to monitor the operation of servers, services, and networks through vigilant monitoring and quick issue identification. Pick up emergency call and respond on the action.Conduct scheduled tasks efficiently, maintaining the integrity and performance of critical systems.Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues to 2nd line support and duty supervisors in a timely manner.Perform essential changes and health checks according to specified operation procedures, ensuring optimal system performance.Qualifications & experienceDiploma or above in IT related discipline.1-year experience in a service center operations / IT support.Basic knowledge on desktop migration, Win10, Windows Server.Good all-rounded tech skills on desktop support and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office Applications.Good communication skills and interpersonal skill.Good command in written & spoken English and Cantonese.Work shift duties / night shift.
