**RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, analyze and resolve system slowdowns
  • Provide performance improvements to the codebase
  • Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers
  • Stay up to date with the evolution of our ORM
  • Become an expert in the quirks of our ORM
  • Develop or improve internal tools
MUST HAVE
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Fluency in spoken English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in a low and high level programming language
  • Interested in software optimization
  • Strong experience in SQL/relational database systems
NICE TO HAVE
  • Know our tech stack (Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript)
  • Know the Unix-Linux platform
  • Experience in IT and/or IT support
  • Keen to learn about our hosting types and differences
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
