
Administrative Receptionist (3-Months Contract)

- Deliver professional reception services including greeting guests and maintaining comprehensive visitor records (including personal details, affiliated organization, and relevant business unit)
- Manage meeting room bookings and refreshment arrangements
- Maintain office supplies, facilities, and ensure a tidy workspace
- Assist with basic clerical tasks, calendar coordination, and document processing
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail, and courier services efficiently
- Diploma holder or above;
- Minimum of 1 years of clerical support experience; 1-2 years of receptionist or office admin experience preferred;
- Good command of both English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office
