Conducting mindfulness intervention;
Answering enquiries from participants related to mindfulness;
Assisting in report writing; and
Providing assistance related to the project.
The appointee will be normally assigned to work not more than 17 hours per week.CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
For Part-time Research Assistant I: A recognized Master’s degree, preferably in psychology, social work, social science, mental health nursing or related disciplines;
For Part-time Research Assistant II: A recognized Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in psychology, social work, social science, mental health nursing or related disciplines;
A qualification in mindfulness teaching training, specifically in either Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR);
Experience in mindfulness teaching will be an advantage;
A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
A strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility; and
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
