Responsible for preparing project programme , budget, submission document and meeting document
Co-ordinate with clients to plan, schedule and set up proper procedures to meet the technical requirements
Prepare budget, quotation, invoice and forecast to achieve the application/renewal
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:-

Familiar with engineering standards, codes of practice, AutoCAD, BEAM plus, Buildings Energy
Efficiency Ordinance, Form of Compliance and Certificate of Compliance Registration
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
Solid experience in BEAM plus, energy audit, Building Energy Code (BEC) submissions including Form
of Compliance (FOC), Certificate of Compliance Registration (COCR) is preferable
Good command of both English and Chinese
Customer-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Energy Engineer
