Responsibilities:Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and to enhance the company's brand/imageManage and participate in the development and scheduling of special events projects such as company anniversary event, public relations events and promotions etc;Contribute to a wide spectrum of marketing communication programs and key events to strengthen the corporate branding of the company and drive rebranding full cycle excisesTo manage online and offline marketing channels including but not limited to corporate publications, reports, official website, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) or other related applicationsTo prepare editorial contents such as council announcements, press releases, speeches, presentations, monthly e-newsletter, etc.Carry out regular market research, competitive analysis, and social listening for social learning, planning and optimizationCreate and manage marketing collateral including company brochures to establish and maintain brandingDevelop growth strategies focusing on financial results, conduct competitor and customer insights analysisWork closely with project teams to review, develop and link business opportunities, market trends, costs and company’s capabilities to win new bids and maximise profitabilityConduct market analysis to identify opportunities in the architectural markets, leading to strong business development pipelineRequirements:Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Translation, business or related discipline8 years or above of corporate communications in building and construction markets, familiar in Architectural markets will be an advantage, business development experience is preferredGood understanding of Architectural market trends and industry insightsExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including PutonghuaGood interpersonal skills, Meticulous, analytical, creative, and organizedBusiness acumen and agilityAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
