- Draft and manage day-to-day communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing materials and content for meetings and engagements
- Maintain organized records of communications and correspondence
- Conduct desktop research and assist in preparing presentation decks
- Consolidate data and compile reports for project tracking and updates
- Provide logistical support for projects and events as needed
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Manage office administration tasks such as ordering supplies and liaising with internal procurement and external vendors
- Organize team activities, meetings, and events
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- Arrange business travel and coordinate with travel agencies and service providers
- Process expense reimbursements and support membership subscriptions/renewals
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Willingness to learn and grow through on-the-job training
- Experience in large organizations; financial services background is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to different working styles
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Proven experience in secretarial, administrative, event management, and project support
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
