About the job Back Office AdministratorPosition: Back Office AdministratorAre you an organized and personable professional with a passion for creating a supportive and efficient work environment? We are looking for a stable, considerate, and outgoing Back office Administrative to join the team and provide essential support across various departments.Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. Handle correspondence and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment (job ads, resume screening, interviews), onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
  • Accounting Assistant: Help with basic bookkeeping using SAP, including accounts payable, receivables, and processing invoices. No accounting qualification is required.
  • Client & Sales Support: Communicate with Hong Kong and Macau clients in Cantonese, and assist the sales team with printing, binding, and mailing contract documents.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR role.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Japanese, and Mandarin is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Preferred Personality: Outgoing, considerate, and reliable with good manners.
Benefits
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with no overtime expected.
  • Compensation: Double pay and a discretionary bonus (1 month or more).
