In this role, you have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, shape brand narratives, and foster community growth through compelling activation across various platforms in a fun and energetic environment.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the running specialty market to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and event platforms.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing to drive engagement and sales.
  • Possess strong knowledge of event management, maintain good relationship with distributors.
  • Liaise with internal departments and third party agencies to carry out promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendation to management
  • Facilitate in-store activation to ensure smooth execution and achieve given KPI
  • Other ad hoc project assigned
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Marketing or other related disciplines
  • 3-4 years related working experience; preferably in sports or retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
  • Passionate about sports, running/trail running is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Well organized, multi-task and self-motivated with positive attitude
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command in written & spoken Chinese and English;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with slightly less experience but strong potential and passion for marketing and the running industry are encouraged to apply. Such candidates may be considered for the position of Marketing Officer.
