- Prepare daily cash position reports. You will manage short-term investments, including Time Deposit Placement, ensuring timely compliance with guidelines.
- Assist with product updates/projects, collaborate with the Manager to update product information and manage various projects within the department.
- Responsible for opening accounts and following up on regular/ad hoc KYC requests with banks and other financial institutions.
- Liaise with Portfolio Managers to determine cashflow needs, ensuring sufficient funding for redemption purposes and addressing other operational issues.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the department's goals and objectives.
- A University or College graduate with a major in Banking, Finance, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment funds operations, with knowledge of Treasury Products (including FX/MM and custodian-related functions) being a plus.
- Holder of SFC RA 13 licensed representative is a definite advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Detail-minded, positive attitude, great teammate, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel (familiarity with Macro and VBA is a plus), and PowerPoint.
- Candidates with less experienced will be considered as Senior Officer level.
