• After a very successful 2024, looking for new Senior Systems Engineer to join the team.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing support of the client’s IT Infrastructure.
• Manage systems, technical support, including administration of network, desktop/server hardware, software, and application systems
• Provide Level 1-3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth project progression and efficient incident resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or any relevant field
• Previous experience in technical support and administration across all Windows Platform (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016)
• Knowledgeable with Active Directory Administration and Group Policy, as well as Microsoft Exchange Server
• Strong with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
