- Proactively lead the business in identifying areas of risk and exposure and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to resolve incidents relating to loss, safety, emergency management, events and physical security impacting retail locations and the wider Asia business
- As the subject matter expert, act as a trusted leader to the Asia Area Director and members of the Asia leadership team as well as establish relationships with other key stakeholders across the business
- Design and deliver bespoke, localised and best-in-class training that is rooted in our culture and core values
- As the in market specialist, work with global CoE’s to identify new trends or risks in the investigations, theft & omni fraud space and implement best practice programs to respond to minimise risk exposure
- Lead sensitive & high risk internal and external investigations as well as integrity line complaints and work with law enforcement as required
- Support the Store Support Centre (SSC) with security and safety related needs
- Lead the business through unplanned and unexpected incidents and crises
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance needs are met and liaise with local law-enforcement and security providers as needed
- 5+ years in corporate security, internal audit or related function
- Retail asset protection and/or retail operations experience
- Wicklander-Zulawski non-confrontational interview training and/or related experience an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills, including proven ability to influence in all areas of an organization
- Ability to travel to markets within job profile responsibility
