Project Officer II (PO II) (Contract) (Charity Services)

• Associate degree or diploma (QF Level 4) or above

• Level 2 or above in five HKDSE subjects (including Chinese and English Language) or equivalent

• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, logistics management, and customer service

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized

• Manage logistics operations and general administrative tasks related to food support services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

• Build and maintain positive customer relations through proactive communication via telephone, email, and digital channels

• Collaborate with NGOs and corporate partners to enhance food donation initiatives through our platform

• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects to achieve overall performance standards, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational goals
