Job DescriptionCivil Engineering and Development DepartmentFanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase:Site Formation and Infrastructure WorksAtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND/2024/07, was commenced in July 2024 and the second contract, Contract No. ND/2024/08, will be commenced in 2025 second half of the year tentatively.Resident Works Supervisor I (Civil) (Ref No.: FLN_RWSI(C))Candidates should have:
  • Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
  • Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
  • Successfully completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with 2 years’ of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; and
  • Minimum 3 years’ of relevant post qualification experience; or
  • Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
  • Attained level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.

申請人必須：
(一) 持有建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 工業學院 / 科技學院 / 香港理工大學頒發的相關學科文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；或
(二) 完成認可相關的項目技術員學徒訓練；或
(三) 成功完成認可的工藝學徒訓練，並具有兩年技術人員之相關工作經驗；或
(四) 具有最少五年技術人員之相關工作經驗；及
(五) 具有最少三年於取得該專業資格後之相關工作經驗 ; 或
(六) 具有最少三年在公共工程項目或在駐工地人員管理手冊中4.5.2中列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工職位或同等職位的相關工作經驗。
