At Island ECC, we believe each member of our staff plays a vital role in God's kingdom work and pray that they will experience the rich blessings in being a part of what God is doing in Hong Kong.Youth Ministry - High School LeaderWe are currently seeking a High School Leader who will work with the Youth Team to help provide both ministerial and practical support to the youth of Island ECC, particularly those in High School (Grades 9 to 12), and to assist in effectively reaching un-churched and non-Christian youth of Hong Kong. This includes discipling, planning services, teaching, and lesson planning/creating curriculum for weekly small groups meetings and events, leading youth camps, participating in speaking engagements, and organizing city-wide events with the goal to assimilate the Youth into the church community and outreach around schools in Hong Kong.This individual is a degree holder, Seminary / Youth Ministry / Youth Work preferred with minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience, open to candidates with internships or part-time / volunteer experiences. Approachable, high energy, and relevant personality is needed to outreach youth in ways that form disciples of Christ. Culturally literate and open to working with youth and volunteers from different denominational backgrounds. The candidate must be flexible and well-versed in social media communication tools.
