Procurement Operations Manager

• Develop and deploy end-to-end procurement strategies for category and contracted services of maintenance & repair, insurance & pension, and corporate services, etc
• Oversee contractual obligations by ensuring effective commercial negotiations daily skills are performed with key stakeholders to ensure that all outsourced services remain competitive and cost effective
• Identify and elevate opportunities for indirect procured services whilst maintaining a high level of quality and standards for the services procured
• Foster professional relationships with third party contracted services and perform periodic supplier performance audits and reviews to ensure SLAs/ KPIs are fulfilled

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any other relevant discipline of studies
• Minimum 4.5 years of procurement operations experience, preferably all of which is obtained within a sizeable multinational company
• Individuals must have previous experience in handling categories of maintenance & repair, insurance & pension, and corporate services
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Procurement Operations Manager
• Immediate Availability is preferred
