We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Cook to join Honjo, our dreamy home for contemporary Japanese dining in Sheung Wan.You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. Setting up work sections
Preparing hot and cold dishes
Supporting your colleagues when needed
Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all times

Requirements

Possess a genuine interest in cooking.
At least 1 year experience
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility within your role
Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
