- Established over 20 years ago with offices worldwide: USA, Australia, APAC, Europe, etc. HQ in Texas, USA.
- After a very successful 2023, looking for new L1/L2 IT Support.
- Mainly support government-related projects; implement software/hardware solution for passports.
- Responsible for L1 and L2 support.
- In charge with helping the customers use their hardware/software product, help resolve problem, and occasionally go onsite.
- 12-month contract (with renewal possibility)
- Must have a general IT background.
- Ideally with experience in any system/application; preferably Microsoft.
- Knowledgeable with General IT hardware.
- Good communication skills for support.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
