  • Perform concierge / lobby guest relations duties including baggage and transportation arrangement;
  • Greet VIP guests ;
  • Assist the Langham Club, Business Centre and Guest Services areas whenever necessary;
  • Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
  • Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
  • Offer professional traveling tips and insights to hotel guests
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry.
  • Diploma or above.
  • Independent & confident to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills ; &
  • Additional language would be an advantage.
