Conducts test and inspection on finished produced in Tuen Mun Plant.
Conducts test and inspection on Q.A. samples submitted by the affiliates and Joint Venture Plant and other Contract Packers.
Maintains product quality as stipulated in the ISO documents.
Input production records and conduct analysis on the quality records with maintaining the integrity of the quality records.
Assists supervisor to do the Factory Release approval works and complaint investigation.
Conducts on-site production monitoring.
Assists in QA audit of production line.
Conducts analysis on samples arranged by superior.
Performs other duties assigned.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above with pass in Chemistry.
2 years of experience preferably in food industry is preferred. Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
Good written and verbal communication skill in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
