- Engage and build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients from Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Provide tailored consultations and guide clients through the company's premium service offerings
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience
- Represent the brand at open house events and build referral partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles in luxury retail, private banking, insurance, hospitality, or similar sectors
- Proven success in engaging and serving VIP clients, especially customers from Mainland China.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a must; English proficiency is a plus
- 與來自香港及中國內地的高淨值客戶建立並維繫信任關係
- 提供量身定制的諮詢服務,引導客戶了解公司的高端服務項目
- 管理從潛在客戶開發到成交及客戶入職的完整銷售流程
- 與內部團隊緊密合作,確保客戶獲得無縫且卓越的服務體驗
- 代表品牌參與開放日活動,並建立轉介合作關係
- 準確記錄客戶互動及銷售業績
- 至少三年在奢侈品零售、私人銀行、保險、酒店或相關行業的銷售或客戶服務經驗
- 在服務VIP客戶方面有成功經驗,尤其是中國內地客戶
- 自我驅動、以結果為導向、以客戶為中心
- 具備優秀的人際溝通能力
- 必須精通普通話及廣東話,具備良好英文能力者優先
