
Senior Customer Services Officer / Relationship Manager - Insurance

- Handle inbound / outbound customer inquiries, and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team on potential business opportunities
- Manage product inquires and enrollments from the Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform
- Handle after-sales services, such as policy confirmation calls, and up-/cross-selling of other products
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, assist in sales processing and follow-up
- Support occasional face-to-face (F2F) sales, administration, and events as per business needs
- Execute ad-hoc engagement projects when required, such as roadshows and retention programs
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties
- Shift duty from Monday to Friday (9:00am - 7:00pm), 5 days and 40 hours per week
- Willing to occasionally work on weekends and public holidays as per business needs
- Mei Foo (near MTR station)
- HKCEE/ DSE graduate or above with at least 2 years' experience in insurance customer service or as a tied agent
- Sales or insurance CS background and/or passion in further development in sales/ relationship management is preferred
- Passed in IIQE I, II & III is a must
- Knowledge in CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibilities
- Customer-oriented, with a focus on creating a holistic customer experience and a service-to-sales mindset
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
