With over 20 years experience in providing HR consultation and recruitment service, our team is dedicated to provide support to the foreign companies, especially Japanese companies which would like to develop their business in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia.Our main business is providing Recruitment service, advice & management consultation, HR related information and support on business re-organization.Our client, one of the Japanese Company , is now looking for a Shipping Officer to join their team. The job duties are as follows:
  • Responsible for sales orders processing, quotation, delivery control and response to customers’ enquiries
  • Follow up the production status in Japan, China & South-east Asia region
  • Manage full set of I/E documents, custom declaration (Trade link), L/C handling
  • To liaise with customers, agents, suppliers and forwarders
Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics/supply chain management
  • Around 3 -5 years related exp.
  • Good Command of English & Mandarin
  • Good command of Japanese (Passed JLPT N1/N2)
  • With exp. in working in Japanese company is highly preferred
  • Short notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
