我們將提供可觀的薪酬和福利,包括醫療保健、餐飲優惠、全球酒店折扣以及加入一個充滿活力和正能量的專業團隊的機會。At the moment, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive / Assistant to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing & Communications teams in managing the marketing communications responsibilities, including Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion and Events, and Social Media planning & content creation, in accordance with Hotel Brand Standards.
  • Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations) on marketing promotions.
  • Assist in handling requests from press and celebrities/KOLs for hotel experiences.
  • Update and maintain media database, draft and proofread press releases, and stay informed about industry trends and news.
  • Support the planning and execution of online campaigns, eShop, eDM, and joint promotions with third parties.
  • Assist in managing hotel digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and online reviews.
  • Contribute to copywriting for collaterals, websites, promotional materials.
  • Help to manage the Hotel Brand system to ensure content quality and adherence to Brand standards.
  • Maintain all communication platforms, including proofreading and translations.
  • Provide daily administrative support and compile monthly reports.
Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of PR/Marketing/Communications experience in the hotel (agencies) industry. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing & Communications Assistant.
  • Organized, creative, proactive, self-motivated, outgoing personality, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent spoken, written, and reading abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, photography, video editing, Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Marketing & Communications Executive.
