We are partnering with an MNC Insurance company for the role of Technology Delivery Lead / IT Programme Manager for a high-visibility strategic initiative focused on High Net Worth (HNW) clients across multiple countries.This is a Hong Kong-based leadership role in which you’ll be responsible for end-to-end technology delivery of a multi-country program, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across regions.Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the technology delivery of a strategic program focused on high net worth clients.
Manage implementation roadmaps, budgets, risks, and timelines across multiple geographies.
Collaborate with global IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
Act as the primary point of contact in Asia for program delivery coordination.
Ensure high levels of governance, compliance, and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with remote leadership and help translate business strategy into technical execution.

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in IT program/project delivery, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-country technology programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in matrixed and global environments.
Experience in HNW client-focused platforms or services is highly advantageous.
