We are now inviting high caliber professional to join us.Department: Data Centre & Network ImplementationIn this position, you will:Liaise with various parties such as planning, contractor, engineers, procurement for data center / aggregation exchange’s facility services and fitting out projectLead Data Centre / Aggregation exchange projects: Work with Planning team, maintenance team and contractors to provide professional advice, technical and critical data analysis related to the overall system facility architecturePrepare tender specifications, contracts, and drawingsReview and comment the contract documents submitted by contractorsEnsure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standardsManage on-site services and on-site progress to ensure the projects are delivered on time.To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:Degree or above in Building Services Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management or relevant disciplinesMinimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in E&M construction field in Data Centre / Telecommunications industrySolid experience in handling electrical power and cooling related to infrastructure systems for Data Centre / Aggregation exchangeDemonstrate strong experience working with E&M contractorsHolder of REW B/C/H certification / Certificated data center professional (CDCP) / Certificated data center facilities operations specialist (CDFOS) or above will be an advantageWhen you work:5 days work8 hours/dayWhat you enjoy:Discretionary Performance bonusLife insuranceMedical insuranceEducation subsidiesBirthday giftMarriage leaveBirthday leaveStaff discountCMHK is committed to be an equal opportunity employer.
