  • 推廣及執行對我們集團旗下(有裝修及傢俬)辦公室的租務職責
  • 與潛在及現有租戶建立並維持長期合作關係，確保優質客戶體驗
  • 協商租賃條款及協議，確保符合公司政策及市場規範
  • 定期進行市場研究，識別最新租賃趨勢及潛在機會，提供具洞察力的市場分析
  • 透過主動聯絡潛在租戶及解答現有租戶的疑問，確保高水平的客戶服務
基本要求：
  • 中六程度或持有文憑以上學歷，擁有有效的香港地產代理監管局（EAA）牌照者優先
  • 歡迎各界具備地產熱誠的人士或應屆畢業生
  • 至少1年銷售經驗, 具備在地產代理公司工作的經驗者優先
  • 優秀的談判與溝通技巧，擁有以客戶為中心的思維方式
  • 積極主動、充滿活力、以客戶為導向，能夠獨立工作
  • 具備良好的人際交往和分析能力
  • 精通中英文書寫及會話能力
We are looking for a talent (has sales experience) to:
  • Develop and execute strategic leasing plans on new let and renewals for furnished office space by landlord
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing office tenants for ensuring high occupancy rates.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and market regulations.
  • Conduct regular research to identify leasing trends and opportunities for the landlord furnished office market
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly with cold calling to potential clients
Basic requirements:
  • Form 6 or Diploma holder and above. , valid EAA (Real Estate) license is highly preferred
  • Welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are passionate about real estate, including recent graduates.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience; Proven experience working in a property agency is highly appreciated.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Aggressive, proactive, energetic and customer oriented and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
