...My client is looking for skilled technical talents to help building and scaling AI platform.(1) LLM Engineer
- Proven experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
- Experience with fine-tuning and deploying large-scale models.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- At least 1 year' real-life experience in LLM adoption.
- Hands-on experience with various LLM
- Hands-on experience with LLM finetuning, RAG, and
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and automate the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle (data ingestion, model training, serving, and monitoring).
- Build and maintain scalable and robust machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure model performance and data integrity in production.
- Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model deployment strategies.
- Proficient in Python, Typescript, Go and Java
- Experience with Kubeflow/Cube Studio or other MLOps platforms is mandatory;2+ years of experience in Kubernetes cluster operation, a deep understanding of cloud native software stack,
- 2+ years of development and deployment experience with different data/AI-platform tools such as StarRocks, DolphinScheduler, Label Studio, Dify.
- Familiar with Hardware such as laptops, PC servers, Ethernet, cables, switches/hubs, and software such as Linux, VM, VPN, and Firewall.
- Build data-driven solutions to support faster product development and prototyping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software and ML models into production environments.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, best practices, and software version pipelines.
- Assist in developing a 5-year roadmap for integrating AI into smart manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack web front/backend solution development.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Proficient in AI programming tools such as Cursor, with an understanding of how to leverage AI to enhance R&D efficiency.
