- Collaborate with the Client Service Lead to expand the Financial Services practice, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive strategic deal wins.
- Identify and originate opportunities for technology services and implementation within key financial services accounts.
- Work with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop, shape, and present client propositions.
- Lead client engagements from initial opportunity identification through implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Analyze and advise clients on strategic initiatives to drive business transformation.
- Provide technical and industry expertise to support pre-sales and solution development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies such as Cloud, Data, AI, Robotics, IoT, Chatbots, and Digital Transformation to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging industry insights and market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and overcoming challenges to drive impactful results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 5-10 years of post-qualification IT experience, with at least 3 years in the financial services industry preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships in complex environments.
- Experience in business development and/or project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Prior management consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of generating new business opportunities from the ground up.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Determined to achieve results and collaborate with clients to drive impactful change.
- Customer-focused, independent, and able to perform under pressure.
