Reports to: Supervisor/ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Team up with the retail management team for smooth shop operations.
  • Encourage your team to meet sales targets.
  • Be a customer service superstar.
  • Address customer issues and complaints.
  • Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Assist managers in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Aim to minimize waste and markdowns.
  • Prioritize health and safety.
  • Track and report on marketing events.
  • Participate in team activities and use customer feedback for improvement.
  • Seek ongoing feedback from managers and peers.
