
Regional Finance Reporting & Analysis Manager (FMCG)

- Partner with local finance teams across East Asia & Australia to support strategic initiatives
- Liaise with market-level stakeholders in Japan, Korea, and other regional offices
- Timely consolidate and analysis of actual monthly, quarterly and annual financials, as well as in market sales results for a specific segment with supporting team assistances
- Coordinate with assigned markets for continuous update on business developments to pro-actively integrate related impact in the financial planning process. Provide advice to markets regarding costs and investment opportunities.
- Analyze consumer insights and forecasting models to support business decisions
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with global and regional teams, including the Global Travel Retail team
- Oversee financial planning activities, excluding operational accounting (handled by SSC)
- Utilize tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Targetik for reporting and analysis
- Contribute to regional strategy discussions and provide insights on market dynamics
- Support testing and evaluation processes during the interview and onboarding stages
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration
- 7-9 years of experience in multinational corporations with roles involving strong financial planning, business planning, controlling and/or analytical requirements
- Result driven and able to work in a timely manner
- Project management capabilities combined with financial planning analyses. Able to create a comprehensive tracking mechanism for potential financial impacts and associated risks.
- Monitoring key performance management indicators and focusing on the implementation of new solutions / processes that will support efficiency in the overall operational flows
- Open-minded, proactive, able to challenge the status quo and able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of diverse teams
- Confidence in working with senior management and speaking up
- Customer service oriented
- High learning agility
- Strong excel and PPT technical skills
- SAP and GMRB experience would be an advantage
- Highly collaborative and a strong communicator (verbal and writing in English)
