Associate, Trade Support - Foreign Investment Bank

• Support Front Office teams in the Global Markets Division during Asian trading hours.
• Ensure accuracy and smooth processing of trades across systems.
• Handle trade-related tasks like booking, modifications, cancellations, and event processing (e.g., terminations, unwinds) with proper approvals and report any profit/loss impacts.
• Ensure efficient flow of trade information between Front Office and Back Office systems.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies raised by internal teams.
• Assist with local business growth and manage increased trade volumes.
• Minimize operational risks, aiming for zero incidents, and escalate any issues to management promptly.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a trade support role, preferably with exposure in rates and structured products
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with trading systems and tools
• Good understanding of financial products like derivatives or fixed-income instruments, along with knowledge of risk management and operational controls.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines.
