Regulatory Reporting & Accounting - HKMA Returns

• Execute regulatory reporting duties, including preparation of HKMA banking returns and surveys
• Compile financial statements and statutory disclosure documents
• Generate periodic management reports for internal review
• Assist with tax computations and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage daily operations of private funds
• Perform general accounting tasks, respond to inquiries, and address ad hoc issues
• Contribute to project teams and participate in system UAT to support successful rollout of new products, standards, or systems

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline; professional certifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA are advantageous
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Hong Kong banking sector
• Proven expertise in preparing HKMA banking returns
• High level of accuracy and commitment to regulatory reporting standards, procedures, and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities; proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-driven, mature, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and solid problem-solving abilities
