The acquisition enhanced Synergis’ overall business strength and long-term development capabilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which will ultimately benefit the Company and our customers.We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of.ResponsibilitiesTake charge of the day-to-day operation and management of a property or properties, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc.Supervise a team in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients.Maintain a good relationship with owners/tenants and Owners' Committee/ Corporation ensuring their needs are taken care of. including cleaning and security teamEnsure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulationsMonitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning teams, etc.Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc.RequirementsDiploma or above in property management or related disciplinesWell versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners IncorporationAt least 3 years solid experience in property managementHolder of PMP (Tier 1 or Tier 2) License is advantageWell experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word ProcessingImmediate available is highly preferredFor interested applicants, please send your resume with availability, present and expected salary by clicking “APPLY NOW” button below.(Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only)
