- 了解餐飲或貴賓室行業趨勢和客戶見解,在適用時提出積極的改變建議
- 支援主管以確保日常運營順暢及在需要時支援其他貴賓室
- 合法於香港受僱
- 必須年滿18歳
- 大專學歷
- 具流利英語溝通能力和書寫能力,懂廣東話及普通話者為佳
- 4年以上相關工作經驗,具餐飲、高級餐廳、酒店、貴賓室、機場或相關職位的工作經驗者優先
- 具備良好解決問題能力及人際關係
- 具備良好客戶服務及溝通能力
- 需要輪班工作,願意於航班延誤時超時工作

- Deliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism and in accordance to company and legal standards relating to service, food safety, health and safety
- Ensure customer needs are met or exceeded, check their satisfaction during their stay, and report customer feedback as well as take remedial action where necessary
- Deliver start of shift duties by stocking service counters and ensuring cleanliness in the lounge seating area while monitoring and following hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with back of house teams on daily operations, food safety and quality control
- Maintain and manage inventories of all food and beverage stocks, ensuring buffet and front-of-house items are properly replenished
- Actively in coaching and provide on-the-job training to the junior staff
- Build up strong relationships with teammates to maximise personal and team performance
- Keep up to date on the latest regulatory and service requirements, ensuring alignment of policies and procedures with operational standards
- Be abreast of hospitality or lounge industry trends and customer insights, suggest positive changes when applicable
- Support Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support other lounges as and when required
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- Post-secondary qualifications
- Proficient of spoken and written English. Cantonese and Putonghua are advantages
- Minimum 4 years of experience in lounge operations, catering hospitality, fine dining, sizeable luxury hotel, airport or similar capacity
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Flexibility to work on shift schedules and work overtime if needed
