Our client is a prestige Financial InstitutionJob ScopeWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong focus on project testing to support our ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications related to project testing.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate project deliverables.Coordinate with project teams to identify testing needs and establish testing schedules.Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with business requirements.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors.Identify and document defects, track issues, and support resolution efforts.Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.Prepare comprehensive test reports and present findings to project stakeholders.Responsible for driving the initiation, mobilization and execution for initiatives prioritized in the Strategic Planning cycle.Lead project managers/tech lead from vendors or off-shore delivery team management to coordinate, mobilize and execute with internal IT functional departmentsAbility to anticipate project risks and put forth mitigation to address promptly and accordingly.Closely collaborate with risk, finanace, compliance and external vendors for the whole project development life cycleSupport Program Management Lead on the external vendor SoW negotiation/discussion and ensure the deliverables are align with business expectationMaintain good relationship with key stakeholders across all functional departments including Business and ITJob Requirements：Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or BBA information systems or related disciplinesWith GenAI and ML project experience will be a big advantageSeasoned experience in consulting, business operation, or project management, preferably in the financial services industryExperience of working in a banking or financial services environment on large complex change projects, particularly those implementing digital and other cutting edge tech solutions.Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streamsAbility to think innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive problem solving approachExcellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verballyExperience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodologySelf-starter, who can work pro-actively with minimum supervisionAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
