The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. At the moment, we are looking for team players who are effective, supportive and professional to join our family.Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Housekeeper to organise and maintain the whole Housekeeping Operations;
Inspect guest rooms and public areas on a regular basis and ensure quality standards are clean and well-maintained;
Assists in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests;
Maintain appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of housekeeping personnel;
Ensure the quality of all work completed by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good housekeeping practice;
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma holder of Hospitality Management or related discipline;
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel’s housekeeping department of which 3 years at supervisory level.
