  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Partner with the team to devise innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • A strong passion for the recruitment field is essential.
  • Recent graduates are welcome; mentorship will be provided.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong writing skills.
  • A proactive team player mindset.
