Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing all food industry’s related materials and clubhouse’s related materialsUnderstand materials / technical specifications and liaise with suppliers / factoriesNegotiable Price and Terms with suppliers and contractorsMaintain the Inventory & Vendor DatabaseResponsible for the daily procurement operations of food, beverages and equipmentMonitor delivery, quality of goods and supplier's performanceFollow up purchase orders with supplierRequirements:Diploma or above in Logistics/Supply Chain or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years working experience in Catering/Food & Beverage industryGood interpersonal, communication skills and initiativeProficient in Computer Operations including MS Word, Excel & Chinese inputHolder of valid Hong Kong driving license is necessaryImmediate available is highly preferableCompetitive remuneration packages will be offered to the right candidates.
