- Support the end-to-end NPD process, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in developing product concepts, positioning, and unique selling propositions.
- Collaborate with R&D, packaging design, and supply chain teams to translate consumer needs into viable products.
- Developing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.
- Support the creation of marketing collaterals, digital content, and sales tools for product launches.
- Monitor post-launch performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years in brand management, marketing, or NPD (FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care industry preferred).
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
