As a Data Center Design Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing efficient MVAC /Electrical systems for our data centers. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality designs that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop comprehensive MVAC / Electronical systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and cooling solutions for data centersFamiliarity with critical data center infrastructure, such as:Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC)Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH)Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)Central chiller plant systemBackup power generatorsPrepare and review detailed design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MVAC / Electronical systems with other data center componentsConduct site surveys and analyze existing conditions to inform design decisionsDevelop and maintain accurate records of design calculations, drawings, and specificationsRequirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in designing MVAC / Electronical systems for data centers or similar mission-critical facilitiesStrong understanding of fundamental MVAC / Electronical principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transferProficiency in relevant software, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC simulation tools.Hands-on experience working with computational fluid dynamics CFD software will be an advantage.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholdersAbility to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:
