Senior Manager, IT Audit

• Develop and execute risk-based annual audit plans
• Conduct internal audits, IT audits, and special reviews
• Prepare audit reports and present findings with recommendations
• Lead and mentor audit team members on project execution
• Assess internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies and policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance governance practices

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISM, or CRISC preferred
• At least 10 years of internal and IT audit experience
• Background in large corporations or Big 4 firms is advantageous
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
