Reporting to Head of Human Resources and Administration, the incumbent is responsible for leading a small team to provide full range of office administration services including but not limited to procurement of office supplies & facilities, license, insurance, employees' compensation, business travel arrangement, office security, etc.ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute administrative policies and proceduresEnsure the general administration services compliance with the company guidelines and budgetLead the annual general insurance renewal exercise by assessing various insurance service vendorsEnsure the office security and safety plan are properly implemented by communicating and reinforcing for all staff levelEnsure the business and operation licenses renewal is in compliance with government regulationsMonitor project progress to ensure that all works are completed within budget, timeline and meet the requirementsSupport ad-hoc tasks/projectsRequirementsUniversity Graduate in Management with 10 years’ working experience in which 3 years gained in sizable organizationWell versed with statutory requirements in Hong KongGood command of written and spoken English as well as Cantonese and MandarinAble to plan and organize work with a sense of key priorities and deadlinesMature, well organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and committed to deliver quality resultsA good team player, good at multitasking with excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skillsWe offer competitive remuneration package and good prospects to the right candidates.
