- Provide transport services to the guests from and/or to VIPL and departure/arrival gate and ensure safe and efficient transit of VIPs through the airport
- Inspect and maintain the VIP vehicles fleets in clean and good condition
- Hanle check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance, baggage retrieval and airport tax exemption arrangements for VIPs
- Monitor the performance of service contractors and report to seniors in maintaining the required quality and service standard
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
- Form 5 or above with at least 5 years' working experience as a chauffeur in the hospitality industry
- Holder of a valid Class 1, 2 and 9 driving licence
- Clean driving record
- Good team player, caring, courteous and detail-oriented
- A warm and welcoming personality and willingness to engage with guests
- Fluent Cantonese and able to communicate in simple English and Putonghua
- Required to wear uniform with grooming standard and shift duty is required
