- Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly builder's work, minor of E&M
- Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor and commit completion rate on CAFM/ FM order system to KPI requirements
- Supervise and mobilize the team in providing quality services to occupants
- Verify and maintain all related documents in a complete and accurate manner
- Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard
- Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation/ tender as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines
- 10 years' maintenance experience in Building Engineering/ Building Services/ Facilities Management industry
- Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is essential.
