Position: Senior Merchandiser – Sweater DivisionKey Responsibilities
  • The Senior Merchandiser will drive business growth and oversee all merchandising activities for assigned product lines and customers.
  • This includes end-to-end management from yarn sourcing and product development to order execution and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
Ideal Candidates
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sweater merchandising, with at least 3 years in a senior role
  • Proven track record in trading or agency environments, preferably with exposure to the US market
  • Strong expertise in the full merchandising cycle: yarn sourcing, development, costing, production, and shipment
  • In-depth technical knowledge of sweaters, including product standards and manufacturing processes
  • Experience working with production sites in China and Southeast Asia is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
