- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives
- Manage marketing budget allocation across channels and initiatives
- Brand Management
- Steward the corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, e.g. digital, print, events, partner channels
- Enhance brand positioning and perception through storytelling, CSR initiatives and thought leadership
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing strategy including social media, content marketing, to ensure consistent messaging to meet business and branding objectives
- Leverage data analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM) to track ROI, conversion funnels and campaign performance
- Implement lead generation and nurturing programs for insurance products covering General Insurance and Life Insurance
- Corporate & Marketing Communications
- Lead PR, media relations and crisis communications
- Develop multilingual (English & Chinese) content for campaigns, brochures, videos and sales collateral
- Closely work with business to design end-to-end campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and corporate initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in insurance industry, preferably in MNC environment
- Strong domain knowledge and experience in brand execution and digital marketing
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
