- Handle the pricing, trading, and hedging of interest rate derivatives to meet business objectives.
- Offer market insights and trading strategies to the treasury marketing sales team and upper management.
- Conduct trades and oversee positions while adhering to risk management protocols.
- Work in partnership with various departments, including sales and senior management, to achieve business targets.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience with relevant interest rate derivatives such as Bond Futures, IRS, and CCS in USD, HKD, and CNH.
- A proactive individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and independence in decision-making, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with a strong emphasis on Mandarin.
